Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver your assignment or dissertation brief by the deadline, you qualify for a full refund.

Provide Details: Include your order number, academic brief, reason for refund, and any supporting documents (e.g., Turnitin report).
Review Process: Our Quality Assurance team will assess your case within 72 hours and may offer a free revision before issuing a refund.
3. Refund Amounts
Full Refund: Granted if work is not delivered, or if quality falls significantly below agreed standards after one revision attempt.
Partial Refund: Offered when minor issues are identified that cannot be corrected to your satisfaction (e.g., missing bibliography, formatting errors). The refund amount will be proportional to the part of the service unfulfilled.
No Refund: If you fail to provide clear instructions, change requirements after work commences, or if you download and approve the final document without reporting issues within the 14-day window.
4. Exceptions & Special Cases
Custom Research Projects: For bespoke research assistance exceeding 10,000 words, exceptions may apply; please review your service agreement.
Plagiarism Reports: If your Turnitin plagiarism report shows originality above 85%, but you believe the service is deficient, we may offer a partial refund or free revision.
5. Processing Time & Method
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method. We will notify you by email once the refund has been initiated.
